Biographical Information

Paul: I was born in the early 70's. I'm a white male born and raised in Houston, TX. I'm 5' 9" and 195 lbs. I graduated from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston in December of 2001.  I graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A in finance and I minored in Latin American studies.  Although I enjoy working out, I haven't lifted in a while.  In the past, I've bench pressed 320 and squatted 480.  Hopefully, now that I've finished school I'll have more time to get back in the gym.  The farthest north I've ever been is Chicago, IL., east: Lexington, VA., west: Los Angeles, CA., and south: Negril, Jamaica.

Lakisha: I was born in the early 70's. I am a Black female, and I have been in Houston all my life. I am 5'5" and ***lbs.  In the spring of 2001, I graduated from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.  I graduated with summa cum laude honors with a B.B.A. in marketing and a minor in European studies. The farthest north I've been is Colorado Springs, CO., east: Birmingham, AL., west: Los Angeles, CA., and south: Negril, Jamaica.

Hobbies and Interests

Paul: I love music.  Some of my favorite bands include:  Aerosmith, Jethro Tull, The Doors, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Whitesnake, Steppenwolf, Jonny Lang, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Elvis, Sting, Sade, Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top(Older stuff), The Allman Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson(Old stuff), Prince(Older stuff mostly), Guns n' Roses(First album only), AC/DC(Older stuff), and many more.  I don't listen to Country music though.  Weird being that I'm from Texas.  I like the boots, jeans, horses, hats, etc., but I don't like the music.

I love sports also.  I grew up on football.  I was rooting for the Houston Oilers since age 5.  But, basketball has been my favorite for about 16 years.  I watched Hakeem Olajuwon from his Phi Slamma Jamma days, and enjoyed every second of it.  I'm excited about the new Houston Texans.  It was a dream come true to beat the Cowboys on opening day last year, and now they're 2 - 0 in season openers!  I am just a casual fan of baseball, the strike a few years back kinda put me off.  The Astros are competitive, but never have done anything in the playoffs.  Now the Astros have their new stadium, Enron field (uhh, "Minute Maid" field now), but the owner doesn't seem dedicated to putting talent out there for the fans to come and see.  My favorite sports to participate in are basketball and softball.

I like to hang out with my friends.  I hang out with Kisha's friends a lot now.  They're all pretty cool, and they like to have fun and babies.  I like to play board games and cards, mostly Hearts & Spades, but I've been known to play just about anything.  I love tequila, especially in margaritas .... mmm good.  My favorite  two tequilas are Patron and Tres Generaciones (by Sauza).  I love my cats, and of course I love my wife and my new little boy!  I also love all my little nephews and my nieces.  They are the coolest little monsters (not the girls of course).   She has a great family.  We do a lot of stuff together when we can.

Lakisha:  I love my precious little boy, Ryan!  I also love my nephews (Tristyn, Cordero, Kameron, and Kolby), my nieces (Sidney and Devyn), my family, and my husband Paul.  I like to go dancing and spend time with my family and friends.  I also like to go running and working out with my best friend Stephanie.

My favorite bands are:  Bette Midler, Janet Jackson, Bush, Toni Braxton, Matchbox 20, Fiona Apple, En Vogue, Whitney Houston, Brandy, Madonna, Luther Vandross, etc.  I love disco too, as long as it's fun to dance to.
